I’m new to the migraine world (unfortunately) and I’ve had a migraine for almost 3 weeks straight. Some days are worse than others, but it’s continuous nontheless. I’m on Tylenol 3 & Naprosyn, but it only worked for the first week, now it’s just not doing it. Are there any suggestions for different pain meds or combination of meds that I should be looking/asking for?
I have an appointment on Thursday with my GP. The dr that I got the original prescription from ws the on call because mine was unavailable. I am 24. The dr I saw said that it’s the symptoms of a classic migraine (nausea, vomitting, sensitive to light) The pain is really overwhelming now. I can sleep good with an ice pack at the base of my neck and a blindfold over my eyes. It’s really bad. I’ve taken 6 T3s and 3 Naprosyn since 6am and it hasn’t touched the pain. I think I might go to the walk-in again tonight if I find I can’t wait until Thursday. I didn’t even know that T4s existed!

Couple questions about Epididymitis.?
Background.:
About 5-6 days ago I notices swelling in my testicle, and slight pain in the region. It progressively got worse, and I wanted to get it checked out asap. Now I am deployed, so I don’t have access to an urologist. I went to the TMC (medical clinic), and after a few questions and a exam, i was told I had Epididymitis.
They gave me a shot for chlamydia,
and doxycycline in case it was gonorrhea.
I also got a bag of naprosyn for the pain and inflamation.

Questions:
1.If it was an STD, how long would it have taken to show symptoms?
2.How long can the swelling last?
3.It seems to have stopped swelling, but now there’s a lump, about half the size of my testicle, connected to it. I can’t tell if the pain has gone down, because I’m taking the naprosyn twice daily. Is it possible for it to stay swelled?
Any further info on it would be great help as well, seeing how unless it falls of, I’m not getting med-evaced to a real doctor.

what does “naprosyn” show up as on a drug test?
i was prescribed naprosyn, which is a pain killer/anti inflamitory. Anyway i have a few job interviews coming up and everyone drug tests now a days so i was wondering if it would show up on my screening, and if it does, what would it show up as?
can you take hydrocodone 5/500 with naprosyn?
my doc gave me two prescriptions… one of hydrocodone apap (pretty much it’s vicodin 5mg with 500mg of tylenol) and naproxen ec 500mg (aka..aleve) and i can’t remember if she said i could take them together or not… im pretty sure i can, but idk… can someone help me out?

I’ve been having a problem with pills lately, nothing major, but I take motrin, tylenol, naprosyn, naproxyn sodium (probably spelled wrong, sorry), a muscle relaxant, and another pain reliever. I probably take anywhere from 12-16 pills at a time. I am trying to lose weight, but recently I have found that I am extremely hungry, more so than usual, and I have this constant naseous belly ache. This might be a dumb question, but are the pills and stomach problems related? and if so, do you know why? just opinions. Also, how long do you think I should feel the effects of taking all those pills for?? ( I know it is a problem, and I am in therapy.)

what will happen if i take an overdose?
what will happen if i take 475mg of valium, 18g of naprosyn, 288mg of serc, and 350mg of tramadol and wash it all down with alcohol? will it jst hurt me or will it kill me? what effects will apear and how soon after i take it? i have not taken it yet but am seriusly considering it. i already have a psych team and have been seeing them for over 8 yrs. so please dont tell me to get help. i have been seeing people for a long time with no relief from my pain and anger. and yes i have tried MANY different ppl. please answer and dont criticise me. i jst need the facts. i realy need to noe how long it will take effect.
